We’ve created a range of very affordable buildings that are intended for the garden… called “Sojourn in the garden”, they are based on the same design principles as the homes we build, they’re just made to be much simpler to assemble and much more affordable… ideal as garden rooms.

Using only natural and recycled materials, they are probably the most sustainable garden rooms on the market.

Another differentiator between our range and the countless other garden rooms available, is that these have a pitched roof design and therefore offer a (very spacious feeling) high-level ceiling, whilst still meeting the Permitted Development criteria for Planning. The eaves are 2.5 metres high and the overall height is just under 4 metres. More details about planning permission can be found on the Planning Portal website.

This range of garden buildings have been designed and are manufactured by Architect-led Wudl based in Manchester. Wudl build these to exactly the same very high standards as their permanent homes that have a minimum 60-year life expectancy and are mortgageable.

Although our garden rooms arrive flat-packed, they’re checked in our Manchester factory before being dispatched to the garden! The panels come with all the insulation and membranes installed.
